Twelve weeks. Thirteen things built, not discussed.
Most coaching sells you modules. You watch them, feel productive, and end up with notes. Deep Space graduates on a build list. You either finish the thirteen items or you don't, and that's a fact anyone can check.
Most programs give you more to do. This one takes things away until what's left works.
Twelve sessions in twelve weeks. Nine tactical, three personal.
| Format | Length | Led by | Purpose | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Pod Calls | Group of 5, three per month — Mondays & Wednesdays, 1–2:30pm CST | 90 min | Clay | Tactical. Build the thing |
| Mind Recoding | One-to-one, one per month | 60 min | Alex | Personal. Become the person who runs it |
Five hours a month. The Pod Call builds the system. The Mind Recoding session deals with why you haven't built it already.
Every tactical program in this category ignores the second half, which is why people finish with a binder and no changed behavior.
The one-to-one lands at the end of each month on purpose. That's right after the tactical work has forced something uncomfortable: killing revenue in month one, saying a price out loud in month two, handing your work to someone else in month three. That's the moment people either integrate it or quietly retreat.
Your pod is five people
Not a cohort of two hundred with a comment section. Five. Everyone talks, everyone's numbers are on the table, and nobody hides.
The cohort is ten people
Two pods of five, and that's all of it. Ten people means Clay is running six Pod Calls a month instead of a dozen and Alex is doing ten one-to-ones instead of twenty, which means both of them are closer to this cohort than they will ever be able to be again. That's the whole point of keeping it this size, and it's why enrollment closes when the ten seats are gone.
Attendance is mandatory
Miss more than three sessions and you're removed, with no refund. It isn't aimed at you. It's aimed at the four other people in your pod. Alex's one-to-ones can be moved without penalty. Pod Calls can't, because four people are waiting.
One offer. One channel. One operator.
| Month | Phase | You leave with |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | One Offer | A single offer you can price, defend, and sell |
| 2 | One Channel | One channel producing conversations, and the ability to close them |
| 3 | One Operator | A calendar and a set of numbers that make it repeat |
Recurring revenue threads through month one. The offer you keep has to be one that can recur. That's the difference between building a business and rebuilding one every thirty days.
The three Mind Recoding sessions follow the same arc: what it costs you to cut things, then asking for money, then operator, not technician.
One per quarter. Same structure, very different problems.
| Level | You're stuck at | You leave with | Built to produce | Price |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Startup | $5k to $15k/mo | A business that works | $25k/mo | $3,995 |
| Growth | $25k to $35k/mo | A business that runs without you | $50k/mo | $3,995 |
| Scale | $55k to $65k/mo | A business someone would want to buy | $1M/yr | $3,995 |
Notice the gaps. Startup builds the system for $25k, and Growth starts at $25k. That space isn't a mistake. It's the quarter where the system runs, and it's why you arrive at the next level with real numbers instead of assumptions.
Startup · A business that works
Stuck at $5k to $15k a month. You're a service provider doing eight things adequately and none of them well enough to compound. Most of your revenue isn't recurring, so every month starts near zero.
Twelve weeks of subtraction. You leave with one offer, one channel, a documented delivery process, and five numbers you actually track.
You've finished when: the offer is defined and priced, one channel is producing conversations, delivery is written down, and the dashboard has real data in it.
Growth · A business that runs without you
Stuck at $25k to $35k a month. It works, but it works because you're in it. You're the best salesperson you have, the best deliverer you have, and the bottleneck in both.
Twelve weeks of removing yourself. Nurture and follow-up stop depending on you remembering. The sales process becomes something you could hand to somebody else. Acquisition stops being entirely referral and word of mouth.
You've finished when: nurture is built, follow-up is automated, the sales process is documented well enough for another person to run, and paid acquisition is live.
Scale · A business someone would want to buy
Stuck at $55k to $65k a month, with a team, and the problem is no longer revenue. It's that you can't see three months ahead, one client is a larger share than you'd admit out loud, and the whole thing still routes through you at every point that matters.
Twelve weeks of building an asset. Delegated, tracked, and forecastable. The same work whether you sell it in two years or run it for twenty.
You've finished when: the work is delegated, the numbers are tracked, and next quarter is knowable rather than hoped for.
Where do you start?
The revenue ranges are a guide, not a gate. Plenty of people at $30k have Startup gaps, usually pricing or a delivery process that never got written down. Better to know that before you enroll than in week three.
A Black Hole Analysis determines placement. $495, three findings guaranteed or you don't pay, and it credits back against whatever we recommend. It'll tell you which level you belong in, including when the answer is "not yet."
Thirteen items. Here's all of them, no gate.
Offer and pricing
- 01One offer, written on one page, with a price and a guarantee
- 02A defined recurring component inside that core offer
- 03Everything else sunset, with a date on the calendar
- 04An offer stack with an entry point and a defined next step
Message and market
- 01One channel chosen, the rest closed
- 02Your core message written and your primary asset built
Sales
- 01A sales call framework, used in real conversations
- 02A follow-up sequence running
- 03One reactivation campaign sent to leads you already paid for
Operations
- 01A calendar with 50% blocked, run for at least one full week
- 02One delivery process documented and handed off, or a hire scoped
- 03A five-number dashboard with two weeks of real data
- 04A written 90-day plan
Build It or Repeat It.
Do the work, show up, and if the build isn't done at the end of twelve weeks, you can repeat the level for 50% off. No application, no negotiation, no "well, technically."
Here's what "do the work" means, published so it never becomes a negotiation:
- 01Attend at least 9 of your 12 sessions
- 02Submit the work between sessions
- 03Complete the build milestones for your level
You get three. On the fourth you're removed with no refund, and you forfeit the 50% off opportunity. Alex's one-to-ones can be rescheduled without counting against you. Pod Calls can't, because four other people are waiting.
This applies at every level. Startup, Growth, and Scale all run on the same guarantee.
Notice what we didn't promise. We didn't guarantee you'll hit $25k. We can't. We don't control your market, your close rate, or whether you answer your phone. Anyone guaranteeing you a revenue number is either lying or has never had a student in a soft month.
We control the curriculum, the accountability, and whether the thirteen things get built. That's what the guarantee covers, which is why it's a real guarantee instead of a marketing sentence.

This is the first Startup cohort at this structure. You're getting a curriculum that hasn't run in this exact shape before, which means you'll have more influence on how it evolves than anyone who comes after you.
There's no way to join once the build starts. Week five of a twelve week build isn't something you can drop into, and it isn't fair to the people who started on time. It's Jan 2027 or the quarter after.

Questions people actually ask.
+How much time does this take?
Five hours a month. Three Pod Calls with Clay at 90 minutes each, one Mind Recoding call with Alex at 60. Plus the build work. The build work isn't extra. It's work you already need to do and keep pushing, except now it has a date on it and four other people notice when it doesn't happen.
+What's a Mind Recoding call?
A private session with Alex, one on one. Not group coaching, not an accountability check-in. Most of the thirteen items are technically simple. Raising your price is arithmetic. Sunsetting an offer takes an afternoon. Blocking your calendar takes ten minutes. Almost nobody does them anyway, because of what they believe will happen if they try. That's the room Alex works in.
+Is this marketing coaching?
No. Sales, pricing, operations, delivery, numbers, mindset, and eventually exit strategy. If your business works and your marketing is the bottleneck, this is the wrong purchase and we'll tell you so.
+Which level do I belong in?
Startup if you're roughly between $5k and $15k a month. Above $25k consistently, you'd be bored and you'd slow the pod down. Ask us and we'll tell you honestly, including when the answer is “wait.”
+What if I miss a call?
You get three. On the fourth you're removed with no refund, and you forfeit the 50% off opportunity. Alex's one-to-ones can be rescheduled without counting against you, but they must be used within the 12 weeks of the cohort or they are forfeited. Pod Calls can't, because four other people are waiting.
+Is Mind Recoding therapy?
No. These are business coaching conversations with someone trained in The Method who also ran a service business for years. The subject is your business and the decisions you're avoiding in it.
+I've bought coaching before and it didn't work.
Probably not your fault. If what you got was modules and a group chat, you bought content, and content has never been the bottleneck. This graduates on thirteen built items, not on completion percentage.
+What if I don't do the work?
Then it won't work, and we can't guarantee against that. If your last three years show a pattern of buying things and not finishing them, fix that pattern first. Buying another thing is not how.
+Is Space Camp included?
No, it's separate. Deep Space students get first access to tickets and a discount code with enrollment.
