You're not skeptical. You're experienced

Coaching, events, and diagnostics for service providers who've already been burned by all three.

We're two coaches who spent years on the paying end of programs that took the money, took the effort, and handed back broken promises and emotional baggage. We build the things we couldn't find.

You're running business by the wrong set of rules.

Most people have a set of rules they accepted without ever checking whether they were true.

  • 01That your price is what the market allows
  • 02That your calendar belongs to whoever emails first
  • 03That the work can't happen without you in it
  • 04That growth means more hours
  • 05That this is just what owning a business feels like

Every one of those was a decision. Usually yours, usually three years ago, usually made under pressure and without much information.

Optional means chosen. Chosen means changeable.

That's the premise underneath everything on this site.

Business problems are personal problems in disguise.

That's not a soft idea. It's the most practical thing on this page.

You already know your price is too low. You've known for months. You know which offer to cut, which channel to close, which client relationship should have ended in February.

So why is that list identical to the list from March?

Not information. Not discipline, because you run a business and undisciplined people don't. It's that every one of those actions asks you to do something your nervous system has decided is dangerous, and no framework has ever moved a nervous system.

Everything we build addresses both halves. The people selling you only the tactical half know it isn't enough.

Clay has been where you're going. Alex has been where you are.

Clay Mosley

Clay Mosley

Clay built and sold two businesses. Not a course about selling one. Two actual companies, with employees and payroll and buyers who ran diligence and wired money. He handles the tactical half: where the money leaks and what the patch is.

Alex Mosley leading a session

Alex Mosley

Alex ran a chiropractic practice, so she was the bottleneck in a service business herself. Years in the nervous system, human behavior, and brain development, and she's trained in the Inspire Method. She handles the half nobody else will touch.

We're married. We have two daughters, four and a half and four months. Both facts shape how much of this there is and how big it will ever get.

Three things. That's the whole catalog, and they're built to be used in order.

01 — Analysis

Black Hole Analysis

$495

Start here if you don't know what's actually wrong.

We look at where money is leaking out of your business. Your offer, your pricing, your follow-up, your close rate, your delivery, and the leads you already paid for and never touched.

We find at least three recoverable revenue sources or you don't pay. And the $495 credits back against whatever we recommend, which means the diagnosis is effectively free if you do something about it.

It's also how we tell you whether Deep Space is right for you, including when the answer is no.

02 — Deep Space

Deep Space

$3,995

Starts Jan 2027

Three months. Ten people. Two pods. Four calls a month.

A group and one-to-one hybrid for service providers who are jaded by the coaching industry but still know they need help getting to the next level.

Black Hole calls

Cameras on. Homework due. Five people per pod means there's nowhere to sit quietly.

Ten seats for the Jan 2027 cohort. When they're gone, they're gone.

03 — Space Camp

Space Camp

$795, or $2,500 VIP

Two days in a room. Twice a year.

The part that doesn't survive a video call. Working sessions rather than keynotes, real numbers on the table, and a Saturday night we deliberately don't explain in advance.

VIP is usually five spots. It adds lodging on site, a Thursday evening meal, and a Friday dinner with the two of us at a table small enough to actually talk.

How they fit together.

You don't have to do all three. Most people start with the Analysis because $495 to find out is cheaper than $3,995 to guess.

Service providers who are done being sold to.

You've been in the program with two hundred people and a comment section. You've watched the replay at 1.5x and retained nothing. You've sat on a call where the coach opened with "so, what questions do you have?" and realized you were paying to run your own session.

Somewhere on your drive is a folder from a program you finished and can't remember.

We've bought those too. That's not a sales angle, it's just what happened to us, and it's why everything here is built around participation instead of consumption.

If your posture is still consumption over participation, none of this will work for you. We'd rather say that now.

Run your business outside the norm.

The rules you're running your business under were written by someone with less information than you have now.

Deep Space starts January 2027. Ten people, one cohort.
